Fantastic House

The house is simply terrific and it exceeded our expectations at every level. We had 9 people and we all had plenty of space. The house is well designed and the furniture is very comfortable. The house wonderfully facilitates group meals, but it also gives everyone private space. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The fourth is a nice bedroom with two twin beds. There is a pullout bed in the second level living room. There are 4 outdoor seating areas. Two on the front and two in the back. I worked while I was there and I loved sitting on the upstairs balcony looking at the mountains. The house has everything you need – from kitchen to beach items.The one possible downside is that it is not right on the water. You can just barely see the ocean. But the neighborhood is fantastic and very resort like. There are various resorts sprinkled throughout and there are two restaurants at a resort that are a simple 5 minute walk away. The home is a 10 minute walk to fantastic ocean views. And it is only a couple of miles from Hanalei Bay. There is a nice grocery store about 1.5 miles away.We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful stay!

I recently got married in the Princeville area and 6 of us stayed in this home and it was absolutely perfect! So much space and the views of the golf course, neighborhood itself, and watching the sunset every night from the patio are stunning! It’s walking distance to Happy Talk restaurant at Hanalei Bay resort which was super convenient too. The Management team was also very easy to communicate with and highly responsive and helpful!

Heavenly Stay

Amazing golf course property

Our family booked this property for a week long trip and it was the perfect location and size for a group of 10. Plenty of space to spread out and yet the common areas were great for all of us to have dinner together, play games and hang-out in the evenings. Walking distance to the bar and restaurant at Hanalei Bay Resort at the end of the road, the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and the beautiful sunsets on hole #7 at the Makai Golf course. Very well equipped with everything you need for the beach and other outings.
Highly recommend!

Excellent home

Beautiful House in Princeville. Great for our party of eight. Very well equipped kitchen and washroom. We didn’t have to purchase any household supplies which is rare when we travel. Management company was super responsive. Will definite look for their properties first when we return to the area. Very good air flow for lack of air conditioning and well stocked with fans. We went during hottest season so we did have to run the fans at night to stay comfortable. House was beautiful and we loved the location with Mountain views and on the golf course.

Perfect Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The upstairs lanai with mountain views was our favorite spot, but the kitchen was a close second! Our family of four (2 teens) had ample room. This location was fantastic for reaching North Shore highlights. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house well maintained. The beach gear came in handy. We did not want to leave and look forward to returning!

Super well managed

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Its comfort and convenient location worked perfectly for us! The upstairs lanai was one of our favorite spots. The A+ kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy meals at home often. We would definitely place this home at the top of our list of places to which we plan to return! Plenty of beach gear in excellent condition too. Well managed! They even helped us with information on where to play tennis.

This Place is Amazing!

Honoiki Lane Hale was perfectly accommodating for my family of 8. Quiet and beautiful location on the golf course made for a pleasant time and no resort headaches. It felt like home away from home and had everything we needed. All the cooking utensils, glassware, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, snorkel gear and games. We even did at least 3 of the puzzles provided. It was clean and management gave perfect details for arrival and departure. Long walk and short drive to multiple beaches, short drive to Princeville market and about 15 minutes from beautiful Hanalei Bay with all the shopping and restaurants. Must go to Tahiti Nui and get ice cream at Pinks. The south shore may be great but the north shore is where it's at! Would love to stay again (or the rest of my life) 10/10 recommend.

Perfect accommodation

My family and I enjoyed our time at the Honoiki Road Hale. They had everything we needed and more, from beach towels and chairs to spike ball and snorkeling gear. The house perfectly accommodated our trip. It was a quiet, beautiful location and we had zero issues with our stay. Close to beaches, Princeville center and Hanalei Bay was an easy 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

Would Stay Here Again! Wonderful Princeville Location.

Wonderful property. Would absolutely stay here again. Lots of space for a family to spread out in, beautiful location, easy to get to the Princeville shopping area, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, loads of beach gear.

Property managers responded to all requests and questions very quickly.

FYI - It is a bit of a walk to Hidden Beach area - down a lot of steps as well. A map to beach access would be appreciated. We found by trial and error. We ended up spending our time on another beach due to easy access from a wedding we attended but there are lots of rentals at Hidden Beach (kayaks,SUP, etc.) as well as a place to eat. HB has a lot of reef though.

One of my favorite property rentals ever - for comfort, amenities, location and beautiful surroundings.

Spectacular!

We are an extended family of 10 (8 adults and 2 toddlers) here for my son's wedding, and this gorgeous, spacious house was perfect for us. It is pristinely clean, inviting, comfortable, and roomy enough to allow every couple their own space -- bedroom and bathroom. The ceilings are high, the fixtures are high-tech and labeled, the living room area was big enough for all of us, and the kitchen is updated and has features I'd like in my own kitchen! The house is attractive and well-decorated, and feels like a home you immediately belong in and want to "hang out" in.

The outdoor areas were spectacular gathering places for our large family, and we loved using the available snorkeling and beach equipment. We really appreciated this amazing house! We'd come back here again without question.

Beautiful and spacious

This home was more beautiful in person than the pictures show, very spacious and the views are spectacular. The only thing I didn’t like was the room with the two twin beds...they’re very uncomfortable and feel like you’re sleeping on wood pallets. We had to move out of that room and sleep on the couches in the living room, but other than that everything was great.

Great property

Great house with a lot of accessories for the beach (chairs, snorkeling gear...). The kitchen is very nice and we had a fantastic time . It was early November and we did not suffer from the lack of AC, but I would not recommend for the summer months

A most delightful summer vacation in Princeville Kauai.

This was the third time my kids, grandsons and myself have stayed in this home. We call it Hawaii Home. It is a lovely spacious home on the golf course. The sunsets are spectacular. It is in walking distance from our favorite snorkeling beach. I highly recommend it.
