Emmalani Hale, High-end, Luxurious, Tranquil retreat, AC in Princeville

Modern and clean and plenty of room for our family of four. Garage had everything we needed (and more!) for a day at the beach. which was awesome. Great place.

We loved everything about this place! When we walked in, we all were shocked and very pleasantly surprised. Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, the towels and linens were even high end! The garage had everything you needed for the beach! Also loved the TWO sets of washers/dryers to stay on top of keeping all our clothes clean. We are going to miss this house. Definitely recommend!!

Extremely well floor plan to accommodate a large family. 3 full bathrooms was wonderful! It was very cozy and great to access patio to barbecue and all the amenities to cook with. Also close and walkable distance to groceries, shaved ice, and restaurants! We even jogged to the lookout of the ocean a few miles down the road. Also close to hideaway beach, that we walked to one morning. We would stay here again! Our family said it was the best place in Kauai they have stayed at!!

What an amazing stay at this home! I'm a chef and having a well stocked kitchen is hard to come by in rentals but this home exceeded all my expectations. I had everything I needed to make amazing meals for my family and more! But that wasn't even the best part of this rental. The beds were SO comfortable and I slept like a baby every night. The location felt so safe and was so convenient for shopping, exploring and getting to all the best beaches. We had such a fun time and made some of the best memories. We'll be back for sure!

This retreat is truly a sanctuary! Emmalani Hale comfortably fit all 8 of our guests. The bedrooms and home itself is so spacious and beautifully furnished everyone was impressed. The AC helped us sleep during the nights because we are not used to the humidity. The home had everything we needed and the location was ideal, allowing us to shop, eat, and enjoy all the best beaches we wanted to. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering it, you won't be disappointed!

This property is an absolute gem! The luxury feel combined with the peaceful surroundings made for an unforgettable vacation. The house comfortably fit my entire family of 8 - 3 adults, 5 kids - and while we aren't much for AC, we appreciated it during the hot summer days that we did have; although we turned it off at night and opened the windows in the evenings for the cool evening air. The Princeville neighborhood was quiet and felt so safe (you can see the patrol cars throughout the day and night) and the location to EVERYTHING was so nice. It truly felt like home away from home and we didn't want to leave. We're already planning our next trip back. Mahalo!

This home exceeded all of our expectations. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning kept us cool during the warm days and there was plenty of space for privacy. The tranquility of the location made it a perfect spot to unwind after exploring Kauai's north shore. We'll definitely be back!

This is a very pleasant home in a quiet neighborhood. I liked that the house was all on one level with no stairs to climb. The furniture is beautiful and the overall feeling inside is spacious, clean, and relaxing. The kitchen was well layed out with everything we needed close at hand and easy to find. There were two sets of washers and dryers that came in handy. The Wi-Fi was outstanding! We streamed movies every night and usually had someone gaming at the work desk at the same time without any problems. Everyone seemed to enjoy the comfortable beds and linen. The house is close to many good restaurants and shops and within easy distance of several nice beaches. The house was so clean and comfortable that I would love to return and will certainly recommend it to my friends and family.
