Emmalani Oasis - Luxe Designer Home with stunning Mountain Views

The house was beautiful and well represented in the photos. We enjoyed the mountain view so much, the ease to walk to get groceries was another plus, the well-equipped kitchen with fresh looking pots and pans and an assortment of condiments made dinner time an ease. (When we didn’t go out to eat!) Can you tell we were very pleased…and clean it was very clean. We would love to go back to visit again.

Well appointed kitchen (but dull knives) and comfortable rooms. Plenty of nice towels and other supplies. Nice view of the mountains. Good location. Management company very responsive to minor issue.

The house is awesome and looks brand new. When we arrived everything was ready for us and the whole house was super clean. The whole process of renting, arrival, house rules etc, is just perfect and very easy. Thank you and congrats to Makana Kaua'i Properties and to the owners for making our stay so great and comfy. Hope to come again.

Wow—what an incredible home! I’m always on the hunt for the best views when we travel, and this might just be the most breathtaking one we’ve ever stayed at. The house was spotless and so thoughtfully stocked—with everything from clean products (spices, hand soap, and full jugs of laundry detergent) to extras like teas, paper towels, snorkeling gear and beach chairs. The space felt truly luxurious, but also cozy and welcoming. We spent so much time on the covered patio just soaking in the view—it was honestly hard to leave! The location was perfect too—just minutes from restaurants, a grocery store, and even a nearby playground we really appreciated. If you're debating whether to book this place—don’t. Just go for it. The photos don’t do it justice, and we were even able to see multiple waterfalls from the patio. It’s a special spot you won’t forget.

If I could give the home 10 stars, I would!! The home is so clean, calming and restful. The master bed was extremely comfortable, plus rainhead shower and tropical feel bathroom was amazing. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen with light/airy vibes and huge windows with fantastic views made it a pleasure to cook! The huge tv and comfy coaches to watch movies at night made for great evenings! But what makes this home really standout is the back lanai and the unreal views. We watched rainbows and waterfalls, mountains & rain, all from the comfortable furniture on the lanai. There is truly nothing better than grilling fresh fish and locally grown veggies and watching a literal minute by minute changing Jurassic Park for entertainment(without the dinosaurs). The location is close to all North shore sites,grocery store and Hanalei and not too bad to get to East side/shore areas.Access to beach gear, coolers,spices, cooking oils, etc. was the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to book this stunning gem again. We travel quite a bit and this home ranks as one of the best we have ever rented. Highly recommend!!

We LOVED staying in this home!!! It\'s a beautiful home, very well appointed and close to shops and beaches on the North Shore. We loved breakfast and coffee on the lanai every morning and the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The view from the lanai is of the mountain range in the center of the island. We visited all the north-shore beaches which are close and it\'s not that far from Kapaa and Lihue - we got used to the drive. The grocery store, Foodland, is literally a 7 minute walk and that is a well-stocked store; you\'ll find everything you need there. ALSO, we discovered three food vendors in the same shopping area as Foodland. The Spot, Red Hot Mamas and a vendor that sells Thai food (can\'t remember the name) - they\'re all grouped together under roof. At night there\'s live music which was lovely; we ate there often and it was always good. If we return to Kauai, we will stay in this home again. We give it our highest recommendations - it\'s the best rental we\'ve stayed at ever! And we\'ve stayed at several! If you go to Kauai, you will need a vehicle to get around to see / experience the island. AND, if go to Kauai, stay here!
