House was just as beautiful as the pictures online, super clean & comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would want. Loved the large table on the deck for breakfast & our Thanksgiving dinner. There were tons of beach towels & beach chairs. Grandsons loved the bunk room & the big front yard to play in. Easy walk to beach.

The property is incredible. The management company is as well. Uncontrollable issues at the property happened the morning we were supposed to check in and they did everything to make sure we were considered and taken care of. Will definitely try to stay here again if we make it back to the island. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. We had 14 people and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. (The couch in the tree house is a pull out bed!) There was also so much open space outside. From the patio area under the house to the patio area in front of the bunk room, everyone was able to spread out however they wanted to eat meals or just get away from the madness. The location of the property is perfect for Tunnels beach which, hands down, has the best snorkeling access. It is also close to the Na Pali Coast Hike trailhead. This allowed the group that went on the hike to easily just walk back to the house (2 miles) and we didn’t have to worry about parking. (You do need a permit to hike). The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so spacious and has a lot of kitchen appliances. The company is very hospitable and provides towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrellas, detergent, and even has a good car vacuum to help clean the sand from the cars. (Also, plenty of room to park multiple cars which we needed) Overall, if you are looking for a place that is spacious and beautiful, this is the place for you.

From our day of arrival with incredibly clear directions to find the rental homes. We stayed in both the main house and tree house. To our initial shock and awe of what all these homes on this property had to offer, each and every one of us were blown away. With 2 families traveling together that included 6 boys and 3 girls between the two of our families, this property couldn’t have been better. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Everything was clean and everything we could have ever asked for was provided. The abundance of beds and multiple indoor living spaces as well as even more outdoor living space on multiple levels of the homes made everyone feel comfortable. With 13 of us we never once felt like we were on top of each other. Each room had its own air conditioning unit which was incredible as well. They also on top of abundant living spaces and an even better location, it was only a short few minute walk to an incredible beach that seemed to go on forever! They provided all linens, towels, beach towels, a beach wagon, plenty of boogie boards, some snorkel gear, beach chairs and beach umbrellas for our use. As well as a great indoor and outdoor games selection. Never did we think we’d need a hot tub in Hawaii but the weather was quite rainy in the evenings so once we got back to the home the hot tub was a welcome blessing. It also had more than enough kitchen things and supplies and an incredibly well stocked pantry - more so than any other home we’ve ever stayed in. The many follow up texts and emails to check in on us throughout the week to make sure everything was to our satisfaction was above and beyond as well. We can’t wait to go back someday.

We had 3 weeks in Kauai as an extended family of 11. Our first week was spent in Princeville and our last 2 weeks at this lovely rental home. We really liked the beach town feel and how remote it felt. The pace was nice and slow…very much our speed. We had comfortable beds, many towels, and most of what we needed in the kitchen. The one hitch we had was a broken bbq. It was quickly replaced once we told management. Thank you! We spent many hours on the deck enjoying the beautiful view.
