Built in 2006, this spacious plantation-style townhome is elegantly furnished, featuring a generous living room with a cozy sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and ample seating for relaxation or entertainment.

Nihilani 34C Simply the best

We had an amazing week-long stay at this Princeville townhouse! The place was clean and comfortable from the moment we arrived, which made settling in so easy. The location couldn't have been better - perfectly situated to explore everything the area has to offer including the pool and hot tub steps away. This the best place to stay when you're visiting Princeville. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our Kauai vacation. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay in this property. It was beautiful, loved the location. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family of six. The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed. Check in and out was very easy and we were contacted with all information we needed, responses to questions were prompt. We cannot recommend this home more!

We cannot recommend this home more! The house is very clean and well maintained; the kitchen has everything you need; laundry; beautiful patio that we ate all our meals on; spacious rooms and living area; and the beds are comfortable. The pool was just a short walk and the property is close to so much in Kauai. We strongly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Wonderful, spacious home close to everything!

We had an unbelievable week staying at this house! We lived on the porch area - ate all our meals there - and there is plenty of space for 6 people. The kitchen is stocked, the house is well maintained and the beds are comfortable. The pool was great and close; and the beach is a walk or short drive.
We were also there during the tsunami warning and the management company proactively reached out to everyone to check in.
I cannot recommend this house more!

Beautiful and comfortable

My party and I stayed at the location for 8 days and we loved it so much. It was so much easier than anywhere we have stayed before because of the kitchen and washer and dryer. They have pretty much everything you would need and everything is labeled in the cupboards (which I love!). I have nothing but good things to say.

Princeville Nihilani was AMAZING!

We loved our stay at Nihilani 34C in Princeville. It was near perfect. The condo was large and gave us plenty of space for our family of five. We loved that beach towels were provided as well as the beach chairs and boogie boards.

One recommendation would be to install some hooks somewhere for towels to hang after coming back from the pool/beach.

Overall though it was a great community and great condo. I loved being close to Queen's Bath and the Turtle Cave. So fun. I would recommend my friends and family in a heartbeat to book the Nihilani for their next trip to Kauai.

Princeville Perfection

Incredible rental that fit all of our needs! Don’t hesitate to book this unit, it’s bigger than the listing represents with so much space for families. Great outdoor areas. Pool area is gorgeous, although the water was a bit cold. The unit was easy to find and having a two car garage is an amazing feature to a vacation rental. The unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived. If you’re looking for a place in Princeville, don’t wait to book this one!

Love this community as it has a pool, jacuzzi, and the townhouse layout of the house convenience is helpful. 8 min walk to Queen’s Bath and walking distance to Saturday’s Farmers Market. Great location!

Fantastic property

We stayed at the property for a week with our adult children and their partners, and had a great time. The property is well equipped with anything you will need, and a couple of minor issues we had were handled promptly by the property management team. I highly recommend this property for a great Kauai vacation.

Beautiful home with everything you need to a relaxing stay

The home was beautiful and definitely has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We ended up having to contact the management company for a quick fix and they were super fast and responsive. We already know this is where we want to stay when we return!
