This is a sweet place very close to the beach.
by SteveThis is a sweet place very close to the beach. Easy walk to the Hanalei pier and beach and also an easy walk to town or a short drive. House is well equipped for cooking, some supplies on hand like salt/pepper/oil for cooking, coffee filters, etc which was nice. AC was super nice to have and helpful for sleeping. The outdoor shower is a very nice option with a family of 4 and only 1 full bath in the home. I would recommend this place for a family of 4 or less.

We had a lovely stay at the Palaka cottage
by AndrejWe had a lovely stay at the Palaka cottage. Waking up with kids, going on the lanai for breakfast, and walking to the beach were a joy. The space was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and the outdoor shower turned out to be clutch especially showering off the littles after a day at the beach.
