Ideally located above the edge of the striking ocean bluffs of Princeville, Pali Ke Kua #222 has all of the features you could want in your island getaway with the benefit of stunning ocean views.
You will be mesmerized by the amazing sweeping views of lush green Bali Hai Mountains and the ocean beyond when you step into Pali Ke Kua #222. You won’t find a better view than this and the pictures don't portray how amazing the view is. Each morning and evening, you will enjoy sitting on the lanai watching the surfers, the stand up paddleboarders, the Nene, sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and also gorgeous sunsets.
This beautiful Hawaiiana Condo is a perfect spot and boasts a spacious living area, a covered lanai and 2 spacious bedrooms (K, F, F) and 2 fully upgraded bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bath, and the guest room (downstairs) features two full beds, perfect for a family or a couple. Both bathrooms are updated with walk-in showers. There is a gourmet fully equipped kitchen with the latest stainless-steel appliances and a beautiful granite counter for those times you do not choose to dine at one of the area's many restaurants.
Enjoying the convenience, a restaurant called Hideaways Pizza Pub is located on site, and is a favorite to locals and visitors, offering some of the best Italian food on the North Shore.
Outside, the grounds are professionally landscaped with lush, tropical flora. There is a paved private path to Hideaways beach for summer snorkeling, relaxing on the beach just basking in the sun listening to the music of the waves on the teal blue Pacific Ocean. If you prefer some water time away from the ocean, a pool and spa are also on site.
Pali Ke Kua is located near the Princeville Shopping center for your convenience. Also, a short drive from Hanalei Bay, shopping and restaurants that Hanalei Town has to offer.

5 Star Stay at Pali Ke Kua 222

Makana Kauai Properties is the go to vacationaion rental company on Kauai! From Strat to finish! Starting with Their website, their photos and videos of each property give so much beautiful insight on each property, location, views, decor, size and how many each property can accommodate. We chose Pali Ke Kua Unit 222 because of the view from the unit, the amenities (hot tub, pool, and pizza/bar restaurant and proximity to the north shore. The booking process was a breeze, and once booked they kept us informed consistently with emails providing us with instructions from arriving to kauai airport, to what to expect up on the north shore(Last gas station in Kilauea),. where to grocery shop etc.) safety of the ocean, where to shop, beaches to go to etc. Once we arrived to the property, the unit was absolutely stunning! They prepared it for our arrival, it was clean and spotless, the linens were super high end, more extra towels than we could use, washer dryer, etc. There are no words for the view from this place! Such an easy seamless check in and check out process! WE had such a great stay! I would recommend Makana Kauai Properties again and again! 5 Stars! Mahalo Makana Kauai!

Beautiful in every way!! Our family loved everything about this condo!! Clean, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots. pans, utensils...whatever I needed for cooking I was able to find! Our 15 and 16 year old had plenty of room to share and in the 2nd bedroom! We were very happy in this rental!

Fully enjoyed our stay at this property with our family of four. The location was excellent! Quiet, peaceful, clean. Pictures do not do it justice, the views are truly breathtaking! Had all the amenities and then some. Really appreciated the added beach supplies. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again. Mahalo!

The perfect place for mind and bidy

Pali Ke Kua 222 delivers the perfect Bali Hai view and vacation experience. The owners of the condo and Makana Kauai properties make sure you have everything you need for your visit. Super clean, nicely decorated and amenities beyond expectations. Also....because it’s on the 2nd floor there are no people walking by on property looking into your condo. I highly recommend this property.

Doesn't Get Any Better
We've stayed at Pali Ke Kua at least 20 times but this unit was our 1st. It was well supplied with good amenities and very clean. The owner/mgr provided great customer service and we would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

HEAVEN ON EARTH

222 PALI KE KUA IS THE GREATEST PLACE ON THE PLANET. WAKE UP AND HAVE COFFEE ON THE DECK, LOOKING OUT OVER HANALEI BAY. THAT IS A WONDERFUL START TO YOUR DAY. THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE CONDO IS VERY WELL STOCKED WITH ANYTHING YOU WOULD NEED ON YOUR TRIP. EVERY TIME I GO THERE I COME HOME AND FEEL LIKE THE WIEGHT OF THE WORLD IS GONE. Great vacation condo with an awesome ocean view

We had planned a 16 night vacation in Princeville, and found this condo through VRBO. With bad weather concerns in Denver forecast for our day of departure, we enquired if we could have the condo for one additional day on the front end and they immediately responded and confirmed the availability. We made a similar request for the end of our stay as our flight back to Denver had been delayed, and that was immediately approved.
The condo was in great condition, very clean and presentable. The one interaction with the property management, regarding WiFi (the local cable company were doing maintenance), was immediately responded to, even though it wasn’t their issue to fix. A very relaxing stay, and I always was confident that if I had any questions, the management company would immediately respond.

Fantastic view, great condo for two couples or family of 4-5
Two mature couples shared this beautiful condo in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai for 9 nights. The lanai has a fabulous view towards Hanalei Bay and the Na Pali coast. We watched humpback whales spout, gorgeous sunsets, rainbows, surfers, birds and just enjoyed every minute of it! We had a fair bit of wet weather, including thunderstorms that shook the whole building. Note that the area is so green and lush, but if you stay on the north shore you will have a drive of an hour or more to Lihue and the south shore.Unit was clean and comfortable but no open flame grilling is allowed and the community barbecue is down a steep slope and charcoal only. Kitchen was modern, a few more staples like coffee, sugar, soy sauce etc would have been appreciated. Beds comfy, table for 4 with great view, bathrooms nicely upgraded. Wifi worked fine. Quiet complex. Close to the Lighthouse, Hanalei, and lots of places to explore!
