Enjoy the walking paths in Princeville and the nearby Princeville Park, Library and Princeville Shopping Center. Take a short drive down to Hanalei to spend the day at the bay surfing, swimming and catching some sun. With lots of activities to do on Kauai’s north shore, Ti Hale is the perfect home to unwind in at the end of the day. Inside Ti Hale you’ll find 4 sleek and spacious bedrooms - 2 master suites (Cal King; King) and 2 guest rooms (King; a Twin + a Full/Twin Bunk set) with an additional full bath. Inside both master suite bathrooms are large vanity areas, dual-head showers and walk in closets ready for you to unpack and relax.
A/C is set up in the main living area as well as all of the bedrooms. This large A/C system in the living area provides a nice cooling to the entire house for extra sleeping comfort. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide an extra breeze but don’t forget to open up the large patio sliding doors on both the front and back lanai to enjoy the Kauai fresh air. Great house and location

House was located in princeville. Conveniently located near beaches and close to shopping. Property was as described. Clean, well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 7. Air conditioned rooms, nice outdoor spaces.

Beyond Expectations!

We were blown away by the beauty, cleanliness, and provisions of this rental! We have rented many different times through VRBO and AirBnB alike, and this was by far our favorite rental ever. Our family of 8 had plenty of space, along with everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. The many upgrades of this beautiful place just put it over the top. Excellent communication and a seamless check-in and out! If we’re ever fortunate enough to make it back to Kauai, we wouldn’t think twice about snagging this property again!

Beautiful home, wonderful service
We loved our stay at Ti Hale! The house accommodated our family and extended family (10 people). It was clean, with everything we needed, including great items to use at the beach. We especially loved eating meals on the front porch, with amazing views of the mountains. One small critique was that our parents did not find the chairs particularly comfortable for sitting in long. Those of us who are younger had no issues. When we checked out and accidentally left a camera behind, someone who works with the property met us nearby to save us a two-hour round trip back to get it. We appreciated them being so accommodating!

Great Family Vacation Hub
We had a wonderful time in this well equipped home in a great location. We particularly liked that we could walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Queen's Bath, or other beach locations. House had everything we needed including the ability to control AC in separate rooms which was a plus. We had a problem with an appliance which was quickly resolved by management. We would certainly rent again on our next visit to Kauai.

Better than Expected: expectations were fairly high!

Personally, I don’t think the pictures do the space justice. It is really spacious and lovely. The location was fantastic within a 10 minute walk of a beach, in a very quiet neighborhood with really friendly neighbors. The property is gorgeous and the views from the living room are spectacular would definitely come back here again men was really responsive to any requests that we made.

Comfortable getaway home on the beautiful island of Kauai

We had a fantastic week with our four adult children and their partners. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood but still is walking distance to beaches. We loved running on the walking paths and snorkeling at Hideaways beach. We also made many trips to the Queen's bath. The home was exactly what we needed and fit our group of nine comfortably. Lovely home and relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Ti Hale. Our family of 7 (parents, kids, grandparents) had enough space to spread out and have some privacy. Our favorite feature was the large lanai on the front of the house. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location was terrific, right in the heart of Princeville, with easy access to walking trails, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. And amazing views of the beautiful Kauai mountains. We also enjoyed the short drive (~10 min) to Hanalei Beach and spent a day at Ha'ena State Park. The washer/dryer was also very welcome. The house was well-appointed, too. Only hiccup was the ice machine in the fridge wasn't working. But property management company was very responsive. Overall, a relaxing family vacation. Would be happy to return one day!

Right at Home in Princeville

Ti Hale was the perfect home for friends and family to spread out comfortably, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The numerous windows and sliders allowed the home to stay breezy and cool.ust what you want on an Hawaiian vacation. The amenities/housewares/linens were plentiful and easy to find and use.
You couldn't ask for a better location in Princeville...Makai Golf Club and Queens Bath are just footsteps away.
We look forward to our next visit and would happily stay at Ti Hale again.

Wonderful spot to explore the north shore
Great new house in a wonderful location for exploring the north coast. Property managers were very responsive to our requests, and even delivered bags of ice for us to use since the refrigerator's ice maker was misbehaving (as they are prone to do). Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

We loved going back to Ti Hale as a “home “base after a day of exploring or hanging out on the beach. The fairly new property had a fantastic layout for our family of five. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the open layout and used the two sets of sliding doors onto spacious covered decks quite a bit. We ate every meal on the deck with the beautiful mountain views. We have three adult children so the decks and bedrooms offered a bit of alone time to just listen to the breezes and birds and take in the beauty and peacefulness alone when needed. The kitchen was well equipped. It was pretty stormy the first few days we stayed and we felt like we were in a solidly build house. We even sat on the covered decks to experience the sounds of the heavy rain. We felt completely safe in the quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes. The house was spotless upon arrival. The management company was wonderful about checking in while not requiring a response. They were also quick to respond when I had inquiries. We wish we could have stayed forever.

This home was even better than the pictures displayed! Super clean, lots of room, and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood! The beach items provided were very helpful.
