Initial Inspection:  Initial inspection and assessment of your home, including inventory list with photos.

Weekly Home Inspection Report:  Detailed weekly inspection of the interior and exterior conditions and providing insight and suggestions.

 

Preventative Maintenance:  Diligently overseeing all quality control and preventive maintenance, by consistently checking appliances, furnishings, plumbing, light fixtures, etc., and ensuring upkeep of routine maintenance items:  lightbulbs, water filters, batteries for smoke detectors, and remotes etc.
